ERP Systems EngineerRole Summary: We are seeking a skilled ERP Systems Engineer to optimize our use of the enterprise resource planning system. You will act as the key link between local operations and our global IT team, ensuring the system supports our business processes effectively and drives continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary internal expert and escalation point for resolving ERP-related issues for all departments.Partner with the global systems team to implement new functionalities, system upgrades, and ensure local compliance with global standards.Analyze business needs and processes to design and propose system-driven solutions that enhance operational performance.Represent the local site in global governance meetings, communicating local requirements and integrating global initiatives.Lead local projects to improve how the ERP system is used, including user training and process documentation.Develop custom reports, macros, and tools to support data analysis and business intelligence.Candidate Requirements:Bachelor’s degree.Minimum of 8 years of hands-on, all-round experience with a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Deep understanding of end-to-end business operations (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance) and how they integrate within an ERP.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including macro writing and usage.Experience with basic programming or scripting is highly preferred.Professional fluency in English is required for global communication.Personal Attributes:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on practical solutions.Highly organized with excellent project management capabilities.A proactive owner who can lead and influence others without direct authority.Detail-oriented while maintaining a view of the bigger picture.Please contact: Lâm Oanh: 0333489988 or lamoanh.nguyen@persolapac.com
