You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, bringing precision, insight, and agility to all trade marketing initiatives.Execute Strategic Trade Marketing InitiativesSupport the development and execution of Trade Marketing Programs that align with brand strategies and sales objectives.Drive effective implementation of merchandising, POS, and in-store activation plans across key retail and distribution channels.Partner with Key Account Managers, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to operationalize trade plans.Lead coordination with third-party agencies for on-ground promotions and retail campaigns.Leverage Insights to Optimize Channel StrategyAnalyze Channel Performance, Shopper Behavior, and Market Insights to optimize initiatives and resource allocation.Track and evaluate KPIs across campaigns to measure effectiveness and ROI.Deliver post-activity evaluations with data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.Ensure Compliance and Operational ExcellenceEnsure all Trade initiatives comply with brand guidelines and pharmaceutical regulations.Manage timelines and budgets, ensuring on-time and on-target execution.Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless execution.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Trade Activations, or Trade Operations.Strong background in Digital Commerce with experience in Digital Activations and Omni-Channel Campaigns.Proven track record of leading or being part of cross-functional teams and working with agencies or third-party promoters.
