JOB PURPOSE:Be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing plan and programs that strengthen INSEE's brand presence, drive demand, and support sales growth across all distribution channelsThis role bridges marketing and sales by translating brand and business objectives into impactful trade initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer needs, channel dynamics, and market opportunitiesThe position oversees the planning, execution, and evaluation of in-store promotions, point-of-sale materials, merchandising standards, and trade events, while building strong partnerships with distributors, retailers, and contractors to maximize market penetration and brand loyalty.II. MAIN DUTIES:1.Trade Marketing planning & DeploymentDevelop and implement trade marketing plans in line with brand and business objectivesTranslate market insights, channel dynamics, and competitive intelligence into actionable trade programsAllocate and manage trade marketing budgets to optimize ROIBusiness development plan quarterly, yearly2. Channel & Customer DevelopmentBuild customer-centric programs for distributors, retailers, and contractors to increase product visibility, preference, and loyaltyCollaborate with sales to tailor activities per channel (B2C, contractors) and regional needsEstablish win-win partnerships with key trade stakeholders.Satisfaction of customersCustomer classification & segmentation3. Trade Promotion ManagementDesign, execute, and evaluate trade promotions to drive sell-outEnsure alignment with compliance, pricing policy, and ROI expectationsMonitor competitive promotions and market share movementsMonitor accrue and payment process to avoid the impact of Gap accrue vs actual to net selling price monthlyBudget managementCost optimizationNet price, net sales managementCost optimizationRTL Target setting and ODA data management monthly4. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor degree in businessProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerpointConfident business English 4 skills3-5 years working in channel management/ trade promotion level1-3 years in managerial position with well reputed international companyWell experienced in working with 3rd agencies (events/ POSM/ Signboard)Willing with frequent business tripsProven leadership skillAnalysis and problem-solving, Driver change and innovationLead for performance, Engage & inspireDevelop human capital, Customer focusAdapt & learn
