We plan to scale our South Korea business through disruptive product innovation and strong marketing investments.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Trade Planning Manager who will lead trade strategy, commercial planning, and Key account management across SharkNinja Korea. This role plays a key role in driving trade excellence through data-driven planning, strategic pricing, and channel leadership.In addition to owning pricing, promotion, and assortment plan based on Channel strategy, the role will personally plan and execute commercial activities for major key accounts under the direction of the Sales Director. This includes annual agreements, quarterly promotions, pricing, and NPD assortment. The manager will also supervise the Service provider operating Key Account Managers (SP model) to ensure perfect execution of agreed plans.Here are some of the EXCITING things you will get to do:Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Trade PlanningDevelop and manage the annual trade strategy covering pricing, promotion, assortment, and channel strategy, supported by a clear ROI framework.Design channel-specific pricing architecture and ensure profitability alignment.Lead quarterly promotional strategy and support NPD G2M planning owned by Sales strategy and planning manager in collaboration with Marketing team, Product MKT team and Sales planning team.Ensure Promotional Price discipline and sustainable channel margin mix.Key Account Leadership (Direct & SP Collaboration)Lead planning and sales activities for major key retailers under SharkNinja direct management, while alsoCollaborating with the SP to ensure alignment and flawless execution.Annual supply agreements and trading termsPrice and Discount StructuresQuarterly promotion strategy and sell-out targetsNPD assortment and launch planningNegotiate and align commercial terms directly with key retailers, ensuring long-term partnerships and profitability.Offline Channel (Service Provider) ManagementOversee and guide Service Provider’s operating Key Account Managers to ensure accurate execution of agreed plans.Review weekly sell-out, stock, and promotion execution reports from Service Provider.Identify operational issues, provide corrective direction, and ensure compliance with SNK’s trade policies.Evaluate performance of Service Provider operations and support quarterly KPI & commission review.Sales Forecasting & ROI AnalyticsLead monthly PSI and sales forecast consolidation across direct and SP-managed accounts.Monitor business performance by account, track ROI by promotion, channel, and SKU, and propose data-driven adjustments to deliver target results.Partner with Finance, SCM and Sales teams to maintain trade budget discipline.Cross-functional & Regional CollaborationWork closely with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure plan alignment and execution of readiness.Serve as the main liaison between SN Korea HQ and SP for offline performance governance.Support APAC regional reporting and benchmarking for trade excellence.Required Skills And QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Headquarter Sales, Trade Planning, or Key Account Management (Consumer Electronics / FMCG preferred).Strong leadership in managing distributor or service provider teamsHigh analytical capability and commercial mindset with strong negotiation skills.Fluent in English and Korean.Strong leadership, discipline, and stakeholder management ability.Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Korean; proficiency in English preferred.Analytical and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and commercial acumen.
