Role DescriptionMultiple positions are available for a full-time hybrid role for a Trade Relations Manager based in Southern California, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Trade Relations Manager will be responsible for managing and growing partnerships for our Aviation and Tourism Clients with key stakeholders in the tourism and travel trade industries, such as OTAs, Tour Operators, Consortia, TMCs, and Air Consolidators. This includes developing sales strategies, attending trade shows, organizing training for travel agents, liaising with partners, and monitoring market trends to identify opportunities. The role also involves preparing presentations and reports, as well as conducting outreach to promote the tourism products and services represented by AVIAREPS.QualificationsMinimum 3-5 years of Experience in trade marketing, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement within the tourism or travel industrySkills in sales strategy development, market analysis, and partner outreachExcellent communication, presentation, and organizational skillsFamiliarity with CRM tools, data analysis, and reportingStrong ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, in a hybrid work modelBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred)Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plusWillingness to travel for industry events and client meetings
