Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Trade & Transportation ManagerYour Role And ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to develop, maintain, and improve transport/documentation processes. Each day, you will ensure goods are received and shipped while meeting quality, legal, and cost parameters. You will also showcase your expertise by optimizing inbound and/or outbound processes and delivery of goods to external and internal clients.The work model for the role is:This role is contributing to the ABB Installation Products Monterrey in Monterrey.You will be mainly accountable for:Planning, executing, and monitoring transport-related activities within a local unit, ensuring high-quality transport operations.Generating the required transportation documentation and ensuring completeness of documentation.Managing operational relationships with transport suppliers and implementing all transportation-related plans and processes.Validating transportation invoices and ensuring proper allocation and visibility of expenses.Qualifications For The RoleYou are immersed in working with trade control systems and the electric maquiladora marketYou have 1 years of experience in customs and transportsBachelor's degree in International Trade or related preferrablyHighly adept in trade control systemsYou are passionate about team work, communication, proactiveProven experience of trade, customs, transportationsYou are at ease communicating in English in an intermediate levelWe value people from different backgrounds.
