Job DescriptionKey Performance OutputThe successful candidate will be reporting to the 1st Electrician and will be responsible but not limited to the following:Participate in root cause analysis.Complete defined audits, monitor processes and adherence to standards.Execute safe planned and unplanned maintenance activities.Assist artisan with infrastructure maintenance and routine inspections as and when required.Manage work areas and keep work areas clean and free from debris (workshops/substations/etc.)Give support in commissioning and testing of assets.Manage tools and keep register of tools issued to ElectricianProvide insight into studies on upgrades/replacements of assets.Provide input into maintenance planning, scheduling and execution of the assets.Adhere to relevant statutory/legislative regulations, SOP's, operational standards, policies and practices.Liaison and engage with internal stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient operations.Provide input into all relevant reports.Identify and report possible efficiency enhancements and initiatives to ensure resource savings.Engage with relevant Stakeholders on report findings.Technical Skills And ExperienceThe following skills & experience is required or equivalent of such is required:National Senior Certificate N3 in Electrical Engineering is essential 1 year operational experience in Maintenance is recommendedCode-B motor vehicle licence is advantageous Basic proficiency of MS Office packages CompetenciesCommunicationAttention to detailInterpersonal RelationsMonitoring and evaluatingPlanning and OrganisingAction orientated Application and EnquiresKindly apply online for this opportunityBy 18 November 2025 Shortlisted candidates will be required to provide Proof of their qualifications, NQF level and credits, and must be eligible for top security clearance within 3 Months of appointment.
