We have a clear roadmap to success, high standards for the talent we bring onboard, and a culture that knows how to enjoy the journey while delivering results that matter.What you will own...Completing daily operational processes accurately and timely, including performing account administrations, implementing required changes, processing regular updates, responding effectively to trade investigations and complaints.Acting as point of contact for CS team and assisting them with queries/requests relating to trading operationsMaintenance of the trading infrastructure, including trading platforms, and handling operational and trading issues as they arise to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.Continuously analysing and refining operational workflows. Collaborating with the team to implement improvements that align with market trends and enhance the client experience.Working closely with the Head of Operations, providing hands-on assistance with strategic initiatives, reporting, and analysis.Ensuring all trading activities and operational processes align with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and company policies by staying updated on relevant standards and requirements and implementingImplementing changes as necessary to maintain integrity and trust.Ad hoc Operations tasks and responsibilities as they arise, supporting the team and addressing the ongoing needs of the business.Identifying ways to make any of our operational and trading processes, efficient, seamless, and error-free, and deliver and/or suggest for target solutions to be implemented internally on ongoing basisWhat experience we are looking for...A degree in a business-related field, or relevant financial markets experience1-2 years of financial markets experience is preferred for this positionGreat attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skillsComputer literacy a must (experience with trading platforms, market instruments, and operational processes and proficiency in technical skills such SQL or Python is advantageous).Basic proficiency in MS Office applications is requiredAnalytical thinking with the capability to identify root causes and implement solutions.A meticulous approach to maintaining records and ensuring compliance.Willingness to take on new challenges and contribute beyond core responsibilities.All applications will be treated with the strictest of confidentiality and only successful candidates will be contacted.
