You’ll be part of a smart, collaborative group that supports everything from trading systems to risk, research, and investor platforms — all critical to keeping the business running at its best.What you’ll do:Act as the first point of contact for application issues and get hands-on solving problems fast.Support core trade order management and reconciliation systems.Monitor and maintain application performance to keep things running smoothly.Manage Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) connections, IP whitelists, SSH keys, and handle PGP file encryption/decryption.Validate updates and releases before they hit production.Document solutions and help train users on internal systems.What we’re looking for:5+ years’ experience in application support, ideally in financial services.Advanced SQL know-how — joins, functions, triggers, CTEs etcStrong SFTP experinceStrong understanding of fixed income, equities, options, and FX products.Familiarity with job scheduling tools like ActiveBatch or Tidal.Experience supporting front-office trading and back-office applications.Basic scripting in Python and exposure to .NET debugging.Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with global teams.Previous buy-side experience is a plus, but not essential.If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, love working with high-impact systems, and want to be part of a firm that invests in both markets and technology — this could be the opportunity for you.
