Certificate in Traffic Management Plan (TMP) preparation and preferably Traffic Control. Familiarity with Austroads Guide to Temporary Traffic Management and related state requirements. Strong computer literacy with experience using AutoCAD, RapidPlan, or equivalent planning tools and Traffio (traffic management software) Core responsibilities:Prepare, review, and lodge traffic management permit applications with local councils and authorities. Track the status of approximately 80 active permits and ensure timely follow-ups until approval. Maintain a digital register of permit applications, approvals, and renewals. Create, edit, and finalise Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) and Traffic Control Plans (TCPs) using appropriate software (e.g., AutoCAD, RapidPlan, or equivalent). Ensure all plans comply with local regulations, Austroads Guidelines, and council/authority requirements. Liaise with engineers, supervisors, and project coordinators to confirm site-specific details. Review plans and documents for compliance with relevant legislation and traffic safety standards. Ensure all certificates, accreditations, and drawings are up to date and correctly filed.
