Job Description
Key Responsibilities• Manage the scheduling and flow of all jobs within the agency, from client brief to completion.• Allocate workloads across creative, design, copywriting, production, and digital teams to ensure balanced utilization.• Develop, update, and communicate project timelines and production schedules.• Maintain up-to-date status reports and communicate progress to internal stakeholders and account teams.• Ensure agency processes are followed, from briefing to sign-off, maintaining documentation and approval trails.• Identify potential bottlenecks or resourcing conflicts early and proactively recommend solutions.• Ensure deliverables meet the client brief, agency standards, and timelines.• Serve as the point of contact between creative, media, production, and account teams to facilitate smooth communication.• Liaise with external suppliers, printers, freelancers, and production partners to meet deadlines.Skills & Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).• 3–5+ years of experience in traffic, project, or production management within an advertising or marketing agency.• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Workfront, Trello, or similar).• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Understanding of creative, media, and production workflows.• Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.
