TrafficStars is a high-load advertising network with over 10 years in the international market. As our HR department grows, we are looking for a HRD to join our team. The position requires relocation to Limassol, Cyprus, with full official employment and family relocation support. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement an HR strategy aligned with the company’s business goals. Manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, motivation, employee development, and retention. Build and develop the HR team, overseeing HR specialists.
Optimize recruitment processes and participate in hiring key specialists. Design and implement employee training and development programs. Enhance the employer brand and EVP to attract top talent. Implement employee performance evaluation systems and conduct performance reviews. Monitor HR analytics and key metrics, such as employee turnover, engagement, and satisfaction. Collaborate with department heads on HR-related matters. What We Expect From You3+ years of experience as an HR Director / Head of HR in technology or IT companies. Deep understanding of HR processes and modern talent management tools. Proven experience in developing HR strategies and implementing initiatives that impact business performance.
Strong communication and leadership skills. Experience working in international teams and managing employee relocation is a plus. English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
