UI/UX Designer

TrafficStars, a leading AdTech product company, is looking for a UI/UX Designer to design the interfaces of our platform, enhance the user experience, create interactive prototypes, and maintain brand visual identity across all media. Your work will involve close collaboration with the Product Owner and a cross-functional team, designing new services from scratch. Create seamless user experiences (UX), conducting research and tests to optimize user flows. Develop interactive prototypes and mockups. Collaborate with designers and developers to implement and test designs in the product. Work closely with the marketing team. Prepare UI kits and component systems to ensure interface consistency. Develop and maintain the brand book. Ensure the company’s visual style aligns across all mediums: digital and offline. Prepare materials for exhibition booths and events. Participate in the development and presentation of design solutions to internal teams and clients. Create print-ready layouts. Conduct research and gather feedback to improve existing designs.

Candidate RequirementsUnderstanding of user experience (UX) design principles. Proficiency in tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and animation/prototyping tools. Experience in preparing layouts for print and collaborating with exhibition equipment vendors. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and animation (not mandatory but a plus).
