The programme is designed for ambitious graduates (Bachelors, Masters or PhD level) who are ready to make an impact from day one, supported with on the job learning and career progression opportunities.In this role as a Trainee Account Officer, you’ll join a team that manages customer contracts and strategies. You will be supporting a range of activities including the account administration and helping to co-ordinate sales and transition goals. You’ll gain hands-on experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, working closely with experienced account managers.You’ll receive guidance and support to develop your expertise in account management, along with the confidence and problem-solving skills needed to grow in the role.What you’ll be doing:Assisting in contract negotiation processes at a strategic scaleProviding operational and administrative support to Account Management.Participating in digital learning modules and on-the-job training to build key business and technical skillsWorking collaboratively with the wider Customer team including Customer Operations, Sales, Marketing and Business Operations to deliver against the key account deliverables.Analysing business challenges and contributing to innovative solutionsWho we’re looking for: Recent graduate in a business or numerate disciplineStrong problem-solving skills with a curious, open-minded and team-oriented mindsetSelf-motivated with an ability to work in a multi-functional environmentCuriosity, drive and the willingness to learn from data, experimentation and experienced peersProficient IT skills, fluent across Microsoft Office suiteOur behaviours drive us - we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference.
