Follow duty pattern as advised to you including shift duties.2. Responsible to maintain AME license current.3. Be aware of and comply with his / her safety responsibilities and accountabilities as laid down in the IndiGo SMS Manual, Chapter Safety Policy and Objectives.4. Undergo all trainings / refreshers as desired by the company. Job Requirements:1. Keep yourself updated with the day-to-day trouble shooting / certification of Aircraft components & systems.2. Monitor aircraft movements and ensure high technical dispatch.3. Guide technicians on maintenance activity and ensure quality & safety.4. Mentor your colleagues from time to time You shall follow all instructions given in MOE, TPM and other Aircraft Publications & instructions issued from time to time. 5. Should be in full uniform & Presentable as per company guidelines at all times while on duty.6. Ensure implementation of Safety Policy and safety management system within indigo engineering.7.
