Trainee Electrical Engineer

Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Energy Business Unit by recruiting a Trainee Electrical Engineer for the Renewable Energy division (RENOV), based at our Porto office.With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.Responsibilities:Actively participate in the development of Renewable Energy projects – Solar and Wind – and Storage projectsDesign efficient technical solutions that meet customer needs, calculated and dimensioned in accordance with applicable regulationsPrepare technical reports, design briefs, and project specificationsManage the team assigned to you for project developmentCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design optimized solutionsEnsure that projects are executed within the established deadlinesProfile:Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, with a specialization in EnergyInterest in the development of Renewable Energy projects – Solar and Wind Power – and Storage projectsExperience with software such as PVsyst, PVcase, PVdesign, among others (preferred);Strong communication skills and team spiritAbility to adapt and work effectively in a team, combined with a strong sense of responsibility and autonomyFocus on technical excellence, attention to detail, strong analytical, critical, and problem-solving skillsWhat we offer:Quadrante, part of the Compass Group, is a global organization focused on delivering economically optimized, sustainable, and technically robust solutions.
