We have a positive work culture, excellent training and support, workplace flexibility and a positive work/life balance.The successful applicant will work with our experienced office administration team to deliver high quality outcomes for our clients and our business professionals. Previous experience in administration would be viewed favourably but is not essential.The successful applicant will:Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skillsBe self-motivated and work well in a team environmentDemonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracyHave a proactive and professional attitudeExhibit high levels of integrityQuickly learn new technologiesCandidates must have basic Excel skills including knowledge of formulas.Key responsibilities include:ASIC annual review and compliance workUndertaking general office administration tasks, incl. mail, banking and billingScanning papers and documents, data entry and database managementAssist with office communication and informationReception duties and liaising with professional staffKelly & Associates will provide:Excellent above market remuneration and bonus packageOngoing development opportunities and internal trainingA respectful and supportive work environmentModern, light-filled offices and car parkAutonomy, flexibility and direction as requiredThe position is full time and continuing.
