Join our dedicated team in Winnersh, where you will play a vital role in supporting pharmacy operations behind the scenes. As a Trainee Pharmacy Dispenser, you will work closely with an experienced team to develop your skills and knowledge while contributing to safe and efficient patient care.You will also get full training to complete a Level 2 Certificate in Pharmacy Services Skills, also known as an NVQ Level 2 or an equivalent qualification and become a qualified dispenser.The Role:As a Trainee Pharmacy Dispenser, you will be supported and trained to carry out duties such as:Learning how to dispense medication accurately while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standardsSupporting the Pharmacy Operations Team with stock control, inventory management, and dispensing processesAssisting in the delivery of exceptional service to patients and healthcare professionalsDeveloping the skills to maintain accurate records and contribute to the smooth running of the pharmacyWhat we are looking for:A genuine interest in pharmacy and a desire to become a qualified dispenserStrong attention to detail and a willingness to learnGood communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a teamEnthusiasm, motivation, and a proactive approach to developing your skillsAbility to work at pace under pressure What we offer:Salary £25,500 per annum Paid Training so you will be a fully trained Pharmacy dispenser in around 9 months 25 days holiday (rising to 27 after one year & 30 after 2 years) + bank holidaysGenerous pension scheme with employer contributions matched up to 5%Supportive and welcoming team cultureCompany pensionCycle to work schemeFree food and drink onsiteHours:40 hours, 5 days per weekMonday to Friday and Saturday Half day opening hoursShift pattern: 7am to 4pm or 10am to 7pm on a rota basisOn-site positionOur offices are conveniently located in Winnersh Triangle, with easy transport links and parking available on site.About Montu UKAt Montu UK, we are committed to transforming lives through innovative healthcare solutions.
