Minimum 3 years postgraduate experience including significant experience in Surgery. Possession of primary FRACS or working towards. Demonstrated interest in teaching and research. Demonstrated clinical competency; demonstrated ability to work independently within a supervised complex clinical environment utilising excellent clinical skills and judgement and expertise. Demonstrated capacity to work within a multidisciplinary team. Demonstrated excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and computer skills. Involvement in continuous quality improvement.
