The motto of the company is "QUALITY NOT QUANTITY," with a strong emphasis on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Trainer – Lead Auditor Courses located in Lahore. The Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs for lead auditor courses. Day-to-day tasks include preparing course materials, conducting training sessions, assessing trainee performance, providing feedback, and maintaining training records. The Trainer is also expected to ensure compliance with all industry standards and company policies related to training and safety.Key Responsibilities:Training Design & DevelopmentDesign comprehensive training curricula, course modules, and materials tailored to Lead Auditor Courses (9-14-45).Develop engaging presentations, handouts, practical exercises, checklists, templates, and case studies.Ensure content reflects current industry best practices, evolving audit standards, and regulatory requirements.Customize training materials for different sectors (manufacturing, services, etc.) where applicable.Training DeliveryConduct interactive training sessions (in-person and virtual), ensuring high participant engagement and knowledge retention.Deliver instruction in alignment with ISO 19011 guidelines, ISO/IEC 17021 requirements, and TÜV Austria methodologies.Use varied instructional techniques (lectures, group work, simulations, role plays) to address different learning styles.Participant Assessment & SupportAssess participants’ progress through tests, quizzes, mock audits, and case study evaluations.Provide timely, detailed feedback to learners and guide them through areas requiring improvement.Mentor and coach trainees to enhance their auditing skills and prepare them for real-world audit situations and certification exams.Training Operations & CoordinationCoordinate with internal departments (Certification, Business Assurance, Technical) to plan training schedules and logistics.Manage all training-related documentation, including attendance, performance records, feedback forms, and certificates of completion.Ensure compliance with accreditation and audit requirements by maintaining accurate training records and audit trails.Quality & Continuous ImprovementMonitor participant feedback, training evaluations, and industry trends to enhance training effectiveness.Revise and upgrade course content regularly to maintain relevance, compliance, and excellence in delivery.Participate in internal quality reviews and contribute to training standardization efforts across regions or teams.Client Engagement & Business SupportProvide technical input or sample training sessions during client acquisition or proposal stages, if required.Represent the training function in client meetings, seminars, and industry forums as a subject matter expert.Support the marketing team in developing promotional content related to training programs.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).Certified Lead Auditor in relevant ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).Recognized training qualification or certification (e.g., Train-the-Trainer, ISO 19011-based auditor training delivery).Proven experience as a Lead Auditor and/or Trainer in a recognized certification body or training organization.Strong knowledge of ISO auditing principles, management systems, and conformity assessment practices.Skills & Competencies:Excellent facilitation, public speaking, and presentation skills.Strong analytical, evaluative, and report-writing capabilities.Ability to manage diverse participant groups and adapt training methods accordingly.Familiarity with e-learning tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams).Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to continuous learning and development.Fluency in [English / other relevant languages].
