Role Description This is a part-time hybrid Trainer role based in Accra, Ghana, allowing for a combination of in-person and remote work. The Trainer will design and deliver engaging training sessions, assess individual learning needs, and provide tailored instruction. Responsibilities will include creating training materials, fostering a collaborative learning environment, conducting skill assessments, and monitoring learner progress to ensure successful outcomes. Qualifications Teaching, Instructional Design, and Curriculum Development skillsTraining Delivery, Facilitation, and Presentation skillsAssessment, Feedback, and Progress Monitoring skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to adapt teaching methods to diverse learners and environmentsFamiliarity with educational technology and virtual training platformsBachelor’s degree in Education, Training, or a related fieldExperience in education, training, or professional development is a plus
