Signa Aviation is a Aviation Training Organization and forms part of the Westair Group of CompaniesTRAINING ADMINISTRATORKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate training procedures, planning, and student enrollmentsManage student induction and examination administration (internal & external)Coordinate training schedules, planning, and student enrolmentSupport soft course planning and bookingsRecord and report monthly aircraft hoursPrepare and issue training-related quotationsAssist with insurance administration for students and flight crewProcess and maintain debtor and creditor recordsHandle banking transactions and reconciliationManage petty cash transactions and reportingMaintain accurate financial records and filing systemsGreet and assist visitors, students, and staff professionallyOversee office and coffee station upkeepMaintain stationery, stock levels, and office suppliesSupervise cleaning staff to ensure facilities meet required standardsHandle filing, record-keeping, and document controlProvide general administrative and reception support to management and staffLiaise with service providers and external stakeholdersEnsure proper document control and checks when scheduler is unavailableSupport internal processes with timely and accurate reportingProvide administrative support to management and staff as requiredTraining Administration RequirementsPrevious experience in administration, training coordination, or bookkeepingStrong knowledge of debtor/creditor processes and financial record-keepingProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); accounting software knowledge an advantageStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail with a high level of accuracyAbility to work independently and within a teamGrade 12 CertificateDrivers LicenseNamibian citizenClosing date:
