The Director of Training plays a critical dual-role in driving the execution and oversight of advisor training and development programs during an advisor’s first five years. This individual partners closely with leadership to manage the strategic vision of training while also owning the day-to-day implementation of onboarding, events, reporting, and system adherence across all districts.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment. This is a unique opportunity for a highly accountable professional who values both strategic involvement and operational impact—and who is seeking accelerated career growth in a high-performance, growth-oriented firm.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESTraining, Leading and Reporting FunctionsServe as the key liaison between advisors & senior leadership, ensuring training runs smoothly from start to finish.Take charge of daily and weekly training rollouts—bringing structure, clarity, and consistency to every step.Manage onboarding schedules, coordinate calendars, and deliver a seamless experience for new advisors.Help bring our training events to life—prepping materials, supporting logistics, and creating moments that matter.Maintain and update training systems, decks, and resource libraries to ensure teams always have what they need.Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly performance and training reports to key leaders and teams.Monitor how training is applied in the field and escalate gaps so we can adapt in real time.Partner across departments to align people, resources, and priorities with training initiatives.Gather field feedback and help shape better systems and workflows as we scale.Ensure trainers are prepared, confident, and ready to deliver with excellence.QUALIFICATIONS:Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, and shared drives, technical savvyHigh accountability and ownership over timelinesDriver personality—takes initiative and executes with urgencyAbility to grasp concepts quickly to understands the “why” behind processes and seeks opportunities for improvementCollaborative team player who aligns with strategic directionMinimum 2 years of training coordination capacity or relevant industry experience required.
