Job Description

Overview:The task of creating, carrying out, and assessing training initiatives that improve workers' abilities, output, and engagement falls to the training and development specialist. By guaranteeing that staff members possess the skills and information required to accomplish company goals, this position plays a crucial role in fostering organizational growth.Job Description:● Analyze training requirements across departments to find opportunities and gaps.● Create and present captivating training courses utilizing a combination of classroom instruction, e-learning, workshops, and coaching.● Produce and manage instruction manuals, training materials, and online learning resources.● Lead upskilling initiatives for existing staff members as well as onboarding sessions for new hires.● Use the Learning Management System (LMS) to manage data and content.● Monitor training program efficacy, participation, and completion rates.● To keep improving training programs, get input via surveys and performance indicators.● Create dashboards and statistics to show leadership the ROI and impact of training.● Collaborate with team leaders and department heads to match training programs with corporate objectives.● For specialized training programs, work with outside vendors and subject matter experts.● Find chances for skill development to assist with career development and performance management procedures.● Keep up with the latest developments in learning and development tools, technologies, and trends.● Suggest cutting-edge teaching strategies (such as gamification, AI-based learning, and microlearning).● Encourage the company to have a culture of ongoing learning.Requirements & Qualifications:● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.● Certification in Training & Development (e.g., ATD, CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.● 2-3 years of experience in training design, delivery, and program evaluation.● Proven experience conducting TNA and developing data-driven learning solutions.● Experience with e-learning platforms, instructional design tools, and LMS administration● Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.● Analytical and project management skills.● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital learning tools (Articulate, Canva, etc.).
