ResponsibilitiesPlan, direct and deliver training programme / activities for regional officeConduct review of existing training and to improve training programme / activities for regional officeDesign and develop e-Learning content.Improvise training and audit processes, documents, and forms for better productivity and efficiency at work.RequirementDiploma in any discipline Candidates with relevant experience in training and as trainer will have an advantage.Possess ACTA/DACE certified will have an advantage.Having technical knowledge/background of HVAC/control will have an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially excel, word and PowerPoint.Highly positive with the “can-do” spirit.
