Our team of experts deliver high-quality technical solutions that support both institutions and individuals in advancing their business and enhancing their competitive edge.Role DescriptionTraining &health insurance Cordinator responsibilities include identifying training needs based on skills gap analyses, developing group and individual learning courses and managing the training budget. To be successful in this role, you should have solid experience organizing trainings and designing the educational curriculum. Also responsible of Health benefits.Job responsibilities: recommends, designs, develops and implements innovative learning and development programs that support the full employment lifecycle, including onboarding, career development, wellness, succession planning, and management and leadership development. Program development and delivery facilitated both on-line and in person.Assesses needs, analyzes gaps, researches best practices, and partners with Human Resources colleagues and College management to identify, develop and implement successful and innovative learning and development programs.Develops integrated talent/performance/learning reports, dashboards and portals in support of the learning organization, and ensures TMS data is leveraged within the organization.Maintains technical expertise and knowledge of best practices in online educational trends, changes and developments, and service strategies.Recommends new approaches, modifications or changes that will improve efficiency and/or effectiveness.Administers health and welfare plans.Reconciles benefits statements.Assist in creating a budget for all training and development initiatives.·      Works & lead effectively training unit staff with other members of the HR staff QualificationsProven work experience as a Training supervisor, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar roleAdequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery toolsProven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)Experience with e-learning platformsMS Office proficiencyAdvanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignmentsStrong communication skillsWork independently and as part of a team.
