Salary commensurate with experience*Overview:Location: RemoteSalary: $140,000 - $180,000We are seeking a Training Lead who will support our client. This role drives end-user readiness and adoption by creating high-quality training materials, presenting content to diverse audiences, and executing training plans aligned to delivery needs and available resources. The selected candidate will be expected to plan, develop, and deliver training for public-sector IT implementation projects. To be considered, candidates must have full-time employment experience as a Training Lead occurring within the last 10 years.Duties: Lead training activities for public-sector IT implementation projects, ensuring end users are prepared to adopt new systems and processes.Develop and maintain training plans that align available resources with training delivery methods and audience needs.Prepare, organize, and present training materials to stakeholders and end users in live and/or virtual settings.Deliver end-user training sessions and provide reinforcement support to ensure comprehension and successful system use.Design and develop training materials in multiple formats, including multimedia content and document-based deliverables (e.g., guides, job aids, slide decks).Configure Salesforce In-App Guidance and On-Demand Learning to support system training and user enablement.Mandatory Qualifications: (All experience must have occurred within last 10 years as a full-time employment)Associate’s degree or combination of experience and education.3+ years of experience as a Training Lead on one or more public-sector IT implementation projects.3+ years of experience preparing and presenting training material.2+ years of experience delivering end-user training, including 1+ year of experience developing and maintaining training plans that align available resources and training delivery types.3+ years of experience designing and developing training materials in various multimedia formats and document file formats for one or more IT implementation projects.1+ year of experience configuring Salesforce In-App Guidance and On-Demand Learning to assist in system training for one or more IT implementation projects.Cloud and Things complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding recruitment and hiring.
