Training sessions can be based in our offices, in shops and other training places across Portugal, and occasionally abroad (training of offshore call center platforms).Participate in the development of training modules, using internal resources, and localizing it to meet local expectations. Formats will include A4 sheets, videos, and PPT. In that respect, our training manager should have excellent communication skills, including in writing.Ensure internal training for newcomers and new products, to maintain good brand and product knowledge across the company.You should have a very good knowledge of high-tech products, environment and technologies.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORAt least 3-years retail training work experience, experience in electronic (3C) Industry is an advantage,Familiar with traditional and modern training processes,Native Portuguese and Fluent English are required for this position,Ability to speak in public and in front of different types of audience,Availability to travel within national territory.At Honor, we celebrate diversity & Inclusion and are committed to build teams that represent a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
