We are looking for an dynamic Training Manager to ensure exceptional learning experience for our teams.Your MissionReporting to the Global Head of Retail Experience, the Training Manager Travel Retail (TR) & Local Market (GCC) oversees maximising retail sales in assigned TR doors and local markets to grow market share, rankings and productivity & is in charge of organising and leading strategic training sessions adapted to the country, the environment of the POS and the audience.Your ImpactBUSINESS STRATEGY:Adapt and deliver training programs and tools to support core products and new product launches, driving key business objectives, marketing initiatives, and strategic business needs.Define and adapt the training strategy per POS/Markets to reach collective and individual targetsDrive and monitor training activity by company-defined KPIsStrengthen the AMOUAGE partnership with our distribution channel and partners.Interface with key retailers on their specific education guidelines assist in action plan development.Monitor and report monthly training activities to the management and communicate competition’s marketing activityInterface with key retailers on their specific education guidelines assist in action plan development.PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:Lead, coach & motivate Beauty Consultants by communicating sales objectives and follow-up on their achievementDevelop the skills and capabilities of Beauty Consultants through performance process reviewEnsure optimum ROI at all times in line with budgets & business needsConduct regular field visits and ensure the development of BCs and markets through regular coaching and appraisalsOPERATIONS:Be the training referent for the Beauty Consultants and Distributors on the operations of the POS and ensure operational excellenceIdentify, consolidate & report operational needs or issues on POS (VM, POSM, IT, stock, tools etc) and facilitate their resolution if neededCoordinate with the Area Manager to ensure performance at the doors.RETAILERS:Create strong relationship with business partners to ensure collaboration on data sharing, team management and goal alignmentIdentify opportunities for extra space and/or visibility in the store and share them with management for them to negotiate with retailers.Acculturate retailers to Amouage values, vision and ambitionTRAINING & COACHINGUnderstand and adapt the training to the work environment: size of the airport/market, kind of customers, products sold on the POS…Develop the generic staff population in key airportsConduct training sessions and Fragrance Atelier within strategic GCC markets with the support of our local business partners.Ensure that grooming standards, sales technics and product knowledge are well respected throughout the regionYour Journey With UsThe AMOUAGE AdvantageJoin a House that has been creating luxury fragrance experiences since 1983.
