If you share this excitement, you can apply for the position below;We are looking for a Training Specialist to work with our teams:You Will Be a Perfect Match, If You Have;University degree, preferably in engineering, due to the technical nature of the training contentPreferably experience in training within the automotive sector, especially in technical areasAbility to understand and explain complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging mannerProficiency in EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsStrong technical knowledge of automotive systems, components, and diagnostic toolsAbility to express oneself clearly in public and deliver effective technical presentationsA team player, open to development, with strong communication skills, patience, and energyPossession of a B-class driver's license, ability to actively drive vehicles, and no travel restrictionsMain Responsibilities;Organizing and conducting technical certification trainings for after-sales processes for BYD brand, and preparing related training materialsDelivering technical content in a clear and engaging manner to dealership staffMeasuring and improving the effectiveness of technical trainings providedOrganizing on-the-job technical trainings and reporting their outcomesLocalizing and delivering technical trainings received from BYD Europe to dealership staffProviding technical information to dealerships through online training platformsKeeping up-to-date with innovations and new technologies and conducting work aligned with company strategiesMaintaining records of dealership staff and ensuring training follow-upOrganizing and monitoring training eventsConducting on-site technical trainings by visiting dealershipsPreparing digital learning content focused on technical subjectsPlanning and delivering new technical trainings when necessary
