This role is ideal for someone who understands the dynamics of the U.S. real estate market and has experience training teams in both B2B (Sales Agents) and B2C (Inside Sales Agents) environments.The Training Specialist will be responsible for coaching and developing sales teams to enhance performance, increase conversion rates, and maintain consistent service standards. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between onboarding and excellence — ensuring every team member represents our brand with professionalism and results-driven energy.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver effective training programs for Sales Agents (B2B) and Inside Sales Agents (B2C).Conduct product knowledge sessions, role-plays, objection-handling, and communication workshops tailored to the U.S. real estate industry.Monitor and evaluate trainees’ performance, providing feedback and actionable improvement plans.Collaborate with the Sales, Quality Assurance, and Operations departments to identify skill gaps and training needs.Develop training materials, scripts, and performance assessments that align with company goals.Coach underperforming agents through one-on-one sessions to improve sales techniques, confidence, and lead handling.Ensure every agent thoroughly understands lead generation, follow-up strategy, CRM usage, and closing processes.Stay updated with U.S. real estate trends, market regulations, and campaign requirements to keep training content relevant.Maintain training reports, performance dashboards, and feedback logs for management review.Requirements2+ years of experience as a Sales Trainer, Team Lead, or Training Specialist in a U.S. Real Estate campaign (BPO or agency experience preferred).Strong understanding of B2B (Realtor outreach) and B2C (buyer/seller lead generation) processes.Excellent communication, presentation, and motivational skills.Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., Go High Level, Vici dial, or similar).Ability to assess individual and team performance and implement targeted training solutions.Strong organizational and leadership skills with a proactive and positive attitude.What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience.Performance-based bonuses and growth opportunities.Professional work environment focused on learning and development.Night shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Monday to Friday).How to ApplyIf you have the passion to mentor, train, and empower sales professionals — and possess a solid understanding of the U.S. real estate market — we’d love to have you on our team! 📩 Send your resume to HR@callaxis.pk with the subject line “Training Specialist – Real Estate (Night Shift)”.
