Specific duties include coordinating escrow processes, managing contracts, maintaining communication between clients, agents, and other stakeholders, and providing exceptional customer service. This is an on-site position located in The Woodlands, TX.QualificationsProficiency in Transaction Coordination and Transaction Management processes.Knowledge of Escrow procedures and related documentation.Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively connect with clients and partners.Attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities.Must have a Texas Real Estate license or be willing to obtain oneReal estate experience with transactions required. Experience in a fast-paced, client-driven environment is a plus.
