Transaction Operation Analyst

Our international financial institution partner is expanding its investment management team in Budapest and is looking for new colleagues to join as Transaction Operation Analysts. This is a newly forming local team, and we are seeking its first members who will actively collaborate with the international central unit on core responsibilities.In this role, your primary responsibility will be to monitor transactions received from external asset management partners and ensure data consistency to support smooth and high-quality data flow. Responsibilities:Review and validate the quality of transactions and documentation received from external asset managersAccurately and promptly record new transactions in the accounting system, including instrument setupPerform daily operational tasks, including identifying and resolving discrepancies and monitoring dashboardsImprove straight-through processing (STP) rates to enhance operational efficiencySupport the onboarding of new partners and financial instruments into the existing frameworkEnsure data alignment between investment managers and administrators Requirements:Relevant university degree in Finance or Economics1–3 years of relevant experience in a related fieldFluent English, both written and spokenExperience with financial instruments and capital marketsStrong analytical skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Benefits:Professionally challenging tasks in an international environmentCompetitive salary and fringe benefits aligned with market standardsFlexible working arrangementsOpportunities for professional training and personalized development paths
