Voyago is hiring a part-time Patient Transfer Attendant for our Kitchener LocationYour RoleYou are responsible for the safe transport of patients via stretcher/wheelchair to/from a healthcare facility, nursing home, or private residenceYou can provide outstanding customer serviceYou have excellent communication skillsRequirementsYour ProfileYou must possess the following qualifications:

You have a valid First Responder Certification OR Advanced Emergency Medical Care Assistant Certification OR are working towards a Paramedic Diploma (must be finished year 1) OR are a Fire Fighter with Emergency Medical Responder Certification (if you do not have either, we schedule free training for Emergency First Responder)You have a Valid CPR and First Aid (Level C)You possess a valid G class driving licenseYou have the ability to lift 250+ lbs.

using a stretcher or stair chair with partnerYou can effectively communicate in both verbal and written EnglishYou are a safe driver with a clean driving recordYou can obtain a clean criminal record search and/or vulnerable sector screeningYou have up to date immunization records and can provide the following records of: MMR, DPT, Polio, Varicella, Hepatitis B, COVID-19 (2 doses), TB Skin Test (Step 1) *must be valid within last 12 month. You are comfortable with 12hrs shiftsYou are available for 12hr, day shifts, Monday-Friday (floating shifts) Your LocationBy joining the Voyago Health team in Kitchener, you'll find:
