Job DescriptionOverview: Oversee the successful launch and ongoing operational effectiveness of our global eCommerce products and processes. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and quality delivery of key initiatives, meet business objectives, and drive efficiency and scalability across our product portfolioProgram Launch & Execution:Lead the successful launch of global eCommerce programs, ensuring they are executed on time, on budget, and with high qualityDeliver on business case objectives, balancing revenue generation, product improvement, efficiency, and tech strategyDrive the execution of the product roadmap, country plans, and client pipeline to meet organizational goalsEnsure compliance with the activation framework, maintaining rigorous standards and best practicesOperational Effectiveness:Support day-to-day operations to ensure timely delivery and stability of eCommerce productsCoordinate with Business As Usual (BAU) operations to ensure smooth transitions and integration of new products and processesCollaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to uphold high product quality standardsDrive cost optimization through automation & innovative processDeployment & Client DeliveryWork closely with transformational leads to facilitate successful rollouts of eCommerce solutionsSupport client delivery leads in fulfilling client commitments and expectations, ensuring high levels of client satisfactionStability & Process Engineering:Assess global stability across the coding ecosystem to ensure robust performance and reliabilityPlan and coordinate seamless transitions to BAU operations, engaging with design, Business Intelligence (Bl) training, and transformation operations teamsDefine and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPls) in collaboration with BAU, transformation, and design teamsRegularly review metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvementEfficiency Optimization:Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiencyDeploy vision and deliver quality and efficiency improvements through innovative process engineeringQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience with process automation technologies, strategy consulting, or digital transformationsLean Manufacturing: Focuses on minimizing waste and maximizing value by streamlining processes and eliminating non-value-added activities. Six Sigma: A data-driven approach that aims to improve process quality by identifying and removing causes of defects and variability.
