It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers.Job DescriptionResponsible for driving relevant transformation process within Compliance and managing country projects related to Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) Uplift or other relevant projects within Compliance. Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement and transformation. Develop and implement strategies, initiatives, and action plans for successful business transformation process. Coordinate and manage transformation process, including collaboration with cross-functional teams and create project plans. Communicate project objectives and expectations to team members and stakeholders within Compliance Function. Coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables. Track project performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion. Assist in the identification and management of project risks and issues.Job requirement 5-10 years experience in a financial services role or at a major regulator in Indonesia/regionally Bachelors degree holder or relevant professional qualification Good verbal and written communication skills, with ability to synthesize complex concepts and consolidate into material for stakeholders. Strong knowledge of local and global regulatory standards Experience of compliance framework design and implementation at a full-service bank Strong communication skills to interact with business units/support units and stakeholders to design and develop transformation process Strong people skills and take a big picture approach to Planning Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Project management skills and familiarity with project management toolsAdditional RequirementsDevelop, Engage, Execute, StrategiseBe a Part of the UOB FamilyUOB is an equal opportunity employer.
