We are looking for an experienced Director of Engineering to lead one of our core product and technology areas. Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & StrategyLead multiple engineering teams with a clear vision, measurable objectives, and strong executionDefine and communicate engineering direction, investment priorities, and performance expectationsRepresent engineering at the executive level and contribute to overall product and business strategyEnsure technical decisions are aligned with business goals and commercial impact Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Product, Sales, Support, and Marketing to deliver features that support growthBalance short-term customer demands with long-term platform stability and technical healthMake informed decisions on when to build, buy, or defer capabilitiesTake ownership of roadmap delivery, ensuring clear accountability and consistencyCollaborate with other Engineering Directors across the organisation Technical LeadershipOversee the design and implementation of scalable, reliable systems leveraging:
