Our teams work across industries to deliver streamlined, high-performing operations backed by innovation and collaboration.About the RoleAs Transition Manager, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of BPO transitions — from due diligence and migration planning to steady-state handover. You’ll coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines, and ensure that new business processes go live smoothly and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage transition and migration projects for new client processes.Develop detailed transition plans, governance frameworks, and documentation.Oversee knowledge transfer, training, and process stabilization activities.Mitigate risks and manage dependencies across multiple workstreams.Partner with clients, operations, and enabling teams for seamless execution.Report project status, KPIs, and outcomes to senior leadership.Must-Have QualificationsGraduate of a 4-year course (any field).10+ years of experience in a BPO environment.Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Transitions / Migrations.Proven track record in program or project management (small to medium engagements).Willing to work on a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.Excellent stakeholder communication and organizational skills.Good-to-HavePMP, Prince2, or Six Sigma certification.Experience in process improvement or operations transformation.Exposure to multi-country or multi-domain transitions.Why Join UsBe part of a fast-growing, process-driven organization that values accountability.Gain exposure to cross-functional projects and client-facing engagements.Work with high-performing teams and global stakeholders.Opportunity to build and lead transition frameworks across industries.
