Well-organised, you know our processes like the back of your hand and apply them meticulously.You will Elaborate the arrival/departure schedules and submit it to the Front Desk Manager for validation Organize the welcome and transfer procedures of our clients and relay the information to rest of the village Welcome the clients as they arrive and assist them for their departure Be in relation with the airport authorities (customs, police…), airplane companies and the local travel agencies Draft of all transfers, dispatch to the providers and do the follow up of the invoices Treat the comments and specific requests of our clients (luggages, flight changes …) Applicate Club Med standards and respect hygiene and security procedures Accompany and train the receptionists in their daily tasksIn becoming a G.O Transport Coordinator, you will benefit from the infrastructures and activities offered by Club Med.
