Transport Planning Specialist

Your Responsibilities • planning, organizing, and coordinating transport operations across domestic and international routes (mainly within the EU) • developing and maintaining optimal schedules for the fleet, considering driver availability, delivery deadlines, and customer requirements • close cooperation with clients and transport partners to ensure smooth logistics processes • monitoring transport orders and reacting to any changes or operational issues in real time • analyzing fleet performance and implementing improvements in route planning and resource efficiency⸻Requirements • English language skills at minimum B2 level (German not required) • good knowledge of European geography and transport organization principles • strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills • ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously • experience in transport or logistics industry will be considered an advantage • familiarity with transport planning systems and office tools (Excel, digital maps, TMS, etc.)⸻We Offer • stable employment based on a full-time work contract • competitive salary: base pay + performance-based bonus • opportunity to directly influence fleet efficiency and operational processes • professional development within the international Hegelmann Group structure • friendly work environment and modern operational tools
