Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional travel experiences that are tailored to the unique preferences of our clients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Colombo for a Travel Agency Manager. The Travel Agency Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the travel agency, managing guided tours, coordinating with team members, and driving sales. The role involves creating and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction.QualificationsExperience in Travel Agency operations and coordination of Guided ToursExperience in customer service and handling reservationsStrong Team Management skills and ability to lead a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentExperience in the travel and tourism industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related fieldFluency in English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin or German will be considered an advantage
