The Travel Agent will manage travel arrangements for clients, including booking flights, accommodation, and car rentals. The role involves providing exceptional customer support, handling reservations, coordinating group travel, and advising clients on travel itineraries, packages, and special deals. Additionally, the agent will collaborate with travel vendors, ensure reservation accuracy, and guide clients through the entire travel process. Performing sales tasks to promote travel products and services will also be a key responsibility. Qualifications Proficiency in managing reservations, including booking flights, accommodations, and itinerariesStrong customer service skills to assist clients with travel needs and resolve inquiries effectivelyExperience handling car rentals and travel arrangements, ensuring smooth and efficient servicesSales skills to promote travel packages and associated servicesExcellent communication, organizational, and time management skillsAbility to work on-site in Juba and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyKnowledge of global travel destinations and an understanding of local travel trendsProficiency in travel booking systems and tools is an advantagePrevious experience in a travel agency or related field is preferred
