Travel Agent

Position: Travel Agent Location: Tirana Employment Type: Full-timeRole Overview:We are seeking an experienced Travel Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate has solid experience in the travel industry, strong communication and sales skills, and excellent knowledge of reservation systems. Experience with holiday packages for Bodrum and Antalya is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities:Handle flight, hotel, and package reservations.Use booking and GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo/Travelport, or Sabre.Assist clients in choosing the best travel packages and provide professional recommendations.Sell holiday packages, especially to Bodrum and Antalya.Communicate with tour operators, hotels, and suppliers.Prepare travel itineraries, quotations, and offers.Manage customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales service.Maintain accurate records of bookings and client information.Requirements:Previous experience in a travel agency is required.Strong knowledge of Amadeus; additional GDS knowledge is an advantage.Experience with Turkish destinations, especially Bodrum & Antalya.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Sales-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.Good organizational and multitasking abilities.English language skills; additional languages are a plus.What We Offer:Professional and supportive work environment.Competitive salary.Performance-based bonuses.Continuous training and development opportunities.📩 Interested candidates should send their CV to: rigerta.susaj@partner.al
