Travel Consultant

Travel Consultant is required for Hojuzat Company located in Dokki - Giza, with the following job description:Design travel packages and itineraries.Design and sells honeymoon packages .Handling FIT requests and create bookings through different reservation systems along with direct contractingSells readymade group packages for outbound Travel.Sells the optional sightseeing tours and transfer for outbound travel .Follow up with clients through calls to provide the updates of their existing bookings for all the booked travel services.Prepare travel proposals and contracts for the client.Handle holidays packages operation for groupsHandles Customer service , including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints.Outgoing calls to agents and suppliers to manage the accounts receivable and payable .Contact different suppliers (Hotels, sightseeing, airlines, local tour operator…etc) to confirm and follow up on outgoing travel services.Assist in training New employees.Job RequirementsMinimum of 3 years work experience in sales or tourism industry.Minimum of 2 year experience in tourism in the outbound department.Very Good English Language Level (writing & Speaking).Very Good expertise in Microsoft Outlook and Office programs.Excellent Communication skills.Excellent time management skills.Presentable appearancAbility to work under pressure.Excellent time management skills and excellent customer focus attitude.If you are interested, kindly send your updated CV mentioning (Travel Consultant) in the subject to:Recruitment@hojuzat.com or WhatsApp 01501988958
