You’ll play a key role in crafting and coordinating luxury travel experiences for international clients. We’d love to connect.Core responsibilities: Plan and curate bespoke travel experiences tailored to the needs of discerning, high-end travelers.Manage and oversee all trip logistics from pre-departure to post-trip follow-up.Inspire clients with fresh experiences and hidden gems that reveal the full richness of Japan.Provide timely, thoughtful, and detail-oriented support that consistently exceeds client expectations.Who you are: Loves everything about Japan travel and culture.Passionate about hospitality and can provide attentive, highly detail-driven service to all clients.Ability to think outside the box to bring in new ideas to the team for building "one of a kind" experiences with local artisans or promoting "off the beaten track" destinations in Japan.Strong communicator with a great ability to build rapport with overseas clients. Thrives in a team environment and takes initiative to support and collaborate with colleagues."Quick on your feet" with the ability to adapt and remain flexible in time-sensitive situations.Key qualifications: Strong English Communication (business level or above)Strong Japanese fluency (business level and above, if not native)Prior corporate or client facing experience - preferredHospitality experience (hotel, F&B, travel, etc.) - preferredBA degree and above (for foreigners) ***Currently prioritizing candidates located in Japan***
