Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant located in Cairo. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for offering travel consultation, managing travel arrangements, and handling reservations for clients. Day-to-day tasks include providing excellent customer service, advising clients on travel options, booking travel accommodations, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the travel experience. Qualifications Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skillsCompetence in handling Reservations and Customer ServiceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsBachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is preferredExperience in the travel industry or a related field is a plusProficiency in travel booking software and tools
