Job Description

Location: Abuja, and LagosEmployment Type: Full-timeResponsibilitiesPlan and sell airline tickets, accommodations, insurance and other travel serviceGrow the customer base of airline ticketsCooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodationsProvide relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc)Meet profit and sales targets on a monthly basisBook airline tickets, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees through payment platformsUse promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packagesDeal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refundsAttend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trendsEnter data into our software and maintain client filesNetwork with tour operators to retain and build customer baseRequirementsHND / BSc in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant fieldProven work experience in meeting sales targetsExcellent knowledge of computer reservations systems and e-travellingFluency in English; multilingualism is a plusStrong sales skills and commercial awarenessAbility to interact, communicate and negotiate effectivelySound knowledge of domestic and international travel trendsPersonal travel experience will be considered an advantageApplication Closing Date28th February, 2025.Method of ApplicationInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to: job@choicetalents.com.ng using the job title as the subject of the email.
