This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with study teams, ensure protocol adherence, and enhance site operations through hands-on engagement and mentorship.Key Responsibilities:Travel to research sites across the U.S. to provide on-site coverage and training for Clinical Research CoordinatorsConduct study visits and ensure adherence to study protocols, GCP, and regulatory standardsSupport new site start-ups and help maintain consistency and quality across study locationsPartner with site leadership to identify training needs and streamline research operationsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree requiredMinimum 3 years of clinical research experienceClinical Research Certification (CCRP or equivalent) requiredNephrology or dialysis experience requiredStrong understanding of clinical trial processes, documentation, and patient safety requirementsExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to travel up to 75%
