TRAVELING INFUSION NURSE – CONTRACT POSITION – PART TIME UP TO 80%About Us: Drip IV Portugal is a leading in-home intravenous (IV) therapy service, providing wellness solutions such as vitamin and nutrient drips as well as recovery solutions for patients suffering from dehydration, stomach flu, fatigue/jet lag, hangovers, and more. As we expand our services in Lisbon, we are seeking skilled nurses to join our team in delivering exceptional care directly to our clients' homes, offices, and hotels.Position Overview: We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Traveling Infusion Nurse based in Lisbon city center to join our growing team. This part-time, contract position offers flexibility, competitive pay, and the opportunity to make your own schedule.Responsibilities:Administer intravenous therapies and medications with precision and care, as prescribed by the Medical Director, in various settings (client’s home, office, hotel)Perform physical examinations and patient assessmentsMonitor and document patient progress and vital signsEducate patients on IV therapy options and proceduresProvide exceptional service to patients and their familiesCollaborate with the Medical Director and other healthcare team members to optimize patient careDemonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work independently, ensuring the highest quality of patient careQualifications:Registered with Ordem dos Enfermeiros. Active and unrestricted nursing license in Portugal, in good standingMinimum of 3 years of nursing experienceAt least 2 years of IV infusion experience, preferably in a home settingExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese; proficiency in other languages is a plusProficiency in IV therapy techniques, protocols, and equipmentComprehensive knowledge of nursing care principles and practicesStrong medical documentation skillsAbility to provide excellent patient care in various settings, preference for candidates with in-home care experienceStrong multitasking and prioritization skillsCompliant with regulations from Ordem dos Enfermeiros and all other relevant healthcare entitiesValid driver’s licenseIdeally based in Lisbon city center for rapid response to client requests In accordance with the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR), the personal data collected during the application process will be processed solely for the purpose of evaluating your candidacy.
