Pernod Ricard’s consolidated sales amounted to € 12,137 million in fiscal year FY23.About the RoleThe Treasury Accountant supports day-to-day banking operations, liquidity management, and month-end treasury reporting. The role focuses on ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all treasury activities, while contributing to the Treasury Digital Transformation agenda.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily banking operations including payments, account balances, and cash positioning to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Administer company bank accounts and maintain authorised signatory records.Prepare and complete monthly treasury close tasks, including reconciliations, within tight deadlines.Produce accurate weekly securitisation submissions for management review and approval.Prepare and reconcile daily supplier financing files.Develop and maintain liquidity forecasts; analyse variances against actual results.Process and reconcile intercompany loans and related interest transactions.Maintain up-to-date financial records for all banking, loan, and securitisation activities.Act as a primary contact for banking partners and manage queries related to accounts and transactions.Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams with treasury-related queries.Coordinate responses to audit requests (internal, external, and securitisation).Contribute to process improvement and automation within Treasury systems and workflows.Required QualificationsQualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA).Proven experience in treasury or financial accounting.Advanced Excel and SAP proficiency.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Effective communicator with strong collaboration skills across finance and banking partners.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting digital transformation or process automation initiatives.Familiarity with banking platforms and treasury management systems.The Ideal PersonBrings a proactive, organised approach with a focus on continuous improvement.Enjoys working collaboratively and building strong cross-functional relationships.Is digitally curious and eager to explore new tools that enhance efficiency.Takes ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality work.What we offerWe understand our people are our special ingredient and at different points, employees require different supports at different stages of their working lives.
